Sean Bullet Robert Garcia is a former criminology student at Arellano University's Andres Bonifacio Campus. He spent his two-year college journey last school year 2018-2020. His academic excellence was demonstrated by his consistent presence on the dean's list. Also, he is the first criminology chief to graduate from the Philippine National Police Academy (PNP) in 2024.
