PLARIDEL CAMPUS AVP ANNOUNCES ALUMNI HAPPENINGSPosted March 01, 2013
Several
batches of alumni have met with AVP Bibiana JoyCuasay of Plaridel Campus in
Mandaluyong City and organized activities with her to celebrate the 75th
Foundation Anniversary of Arellano University.
Notable
among those she met are Monsignor Daniel Sta. Maria, Valedictorian of Batch
’59, who is now the parish priest of Hearts of Jesus and Mary Parish. The Monsignor was first president of the student organization Confederation of High
School Central Councils of Arellano
University (CHISCCAU) , an organization
made up of the officers of the student councils of the eight high school branches

Ricky
Davi of Batch ’75 also visited her. He
is currently connected with the Ministry of Civil Defense in Qatar. His brother, Rear Admiral LinoDavi of the
Philippine Coast Guard belongs to Batch 73.
A
basketball competition is on-going among thirteen batches of male alumni while
a volleyball competition is being held on week-ends among several batches of
female alumni.
The
live band concert scheduled on, February 27, 2013 , 4-8 pm will feature four
bands, namely Chicosci, Rocksteddy Even and Gayuma
Winners
in the beauty pageant were Katrina Macabenta, escorted by Roberto Dausin, and Girlie
Dionisio, escorted by Earl Buluran of the College Department and for the High
School Department, Irish Mae Manahan and Michael Ross Solano. They will compete
with the muses of the other campuses on March 2, 2012, 6-10pm at the AU
Quadrangle of the Main Campus.
The Alumni Homecoming of Plaridel Campus is on March 15, 2013.
