 HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM MANAGEMENTOverview
The HRIM course program offers a competitive and industry-based curriculum that provides the students with world-class competence and positive work values needed to meet the demands of the changing industry and global environment. HRIM comes with complete and updated kitchen laboratories, well-appointed mini-hotel, function room and bar facilities, air-conditioned classroom, library and multimedia services.
The program also provides the students with practical alternative learning experiences through various skills development activities, seminars, tours/field trips. Also offered are Inter-island vessel training under the Apprenticeship by Experience Program and Singapore-based training under the International Practicum Training Program.

- To promote and strengthen the quality of hospitality education and skills development program to attain international competitiveness.
- To focus on competency-based education and skills development on meeting the changing demands of the industry and the global environment.
- To inculcate desirable values through the development of moral character with emphasis on work ethic, self-discipline and self-reliance.
